Shipping and Delivery Information

Orders placed Sunday through Thursday will ship within 24 hours from our Massachusetts facility.

If you require a Saturday delivery, please call our store(617 391 0513) for order placement with Saturday delivery at a fee +15US in addition to standard selected shipping.

Shipping Services
We partner with UPS to get your chocolates to their destination via the following service options:

• Next Day Air Saver (delivered by 3:00PM Local Time)
• 2-Day Air
• Ground (1-5 business days)

Shipping Rates & Calculations
We pass the UPS shipping rates directly to you without mark-up. The shipping charges are calculated based upon package weight and delivery destination (distance from our Boston facility).

Insulated Packaging Materials Charge: $10

Insulated Packaging
Avoid chocolate soup! If your chocolate’s destination is 70°F/21°C or warmer, your shipment needs insulated packaging. Arizona, Florida, Southern California, and parts of Texas are areas that require insulated packaging year-round. Find your destination’s forecasted high temperatures by clicking here. Insulated packages must be sent 2nd Day or Next Day only.

Insulated Packaging Dispatch Days
We want your chocolates to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore we only ship Monday – Wednesday (and Thursday for Next Day delivery) to avoid your package hanging around over the weekend.

We ship anywhere within continental United States – except P.O. Boxes addresses.  Please go to www.hotelchocolat.com for shipments to non-US destinations worldwide.
