Innovation from tree to bar

As any true chocolate obsessive would, in 2003 we bought a rundown cacao estate in Saint Lucia to learn how to grow cacao. Today, it's an eco-luxury Hotel and model farm. It was there that we developed the sustainable farming techniques that we share with over 2,500 farmers in West Africa.
