Our Gianduja Bombes are filled with the silkiest, smoothest dark hazelnut praline, which melts in the mouth like butter.

Finally, for our Dark Rum Truffles we used a generous glug of Saint Lucian golden rum, made up the road from our Rabot Estate cocoa farm and boasting notes of raisins, tobacco and spice. The perfect just because gift for followers of high cocoa.

Cocoa solids (cocoa mass, cocoa butter), sugar, HAZELNUT paste, stabilisers (sorbitol, glycerol), rum, glucose syrup, whipping cream (cream (from MILK), stabiliser (carrageenan)), butter oil (from MILK), skimmed MILK powder, cream (from MILK), dextrose, full cream MILK powder, cocoa powder, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), neutral alcohol, concentrated whey (from MILK), natural flavour (vanilla), MILK protein, natural colours (beetroot, carotene, annatto).

Dark chocolate contains minimum 70% cocoa solids.

For allergens including cereals containing gluten see ingredients in BOLD. May contain traces of other tree nuts, peanuts, gluten, wheat, egg, sesame.
