The Signature Collection - Classic

The icons. The front-runners. The most-loved recipes in our repertoire. You may recognise some of the smooth pralines, velvety truffles and reimagined desserts inside our Signature collection. If you don’t, allow yourself to get acquainted. Alcohol-free for all the family to enjoy.

Expect to find the fruitiest creations, including our tart and creamy Raspberry Macaroon, made with real freeze-dried raspberries for that authentic berry edge. If you prefer more citrusy flavours our Lemon Cheesecake balances mascarpone creaminess with piquant lemon for an irresistible dessert, in chocolate form.

For simple chocolate bliss, indulge in our white, milk and dark Chocolate Batons. Incredibly creamy, we keep the cocoa content high to allow you to access all the wonderful chocolate aromas. Even our white has a high cocoa butter percentage - most others use less, but we use 36% to achieve that astonishing melt and delicate cocoa fragrance.

A signature collection couldn’t be complete without the appearance of a praline. We’ve included two - one wrapped in 40% milk and the other encased in 70% dark. Although we’ve packed our Dizzy Praline with roasted hazelnuts, we’ve blended them to achieve a ridiculously smooth finish.
