Incredibly strong ginger taste. I LOVE IT!!! If you don’t love ginger it’s not for you. I’ve bought this flavor so many times now.

I love ginger, but this one is a little strong for my taste.
This is a genius combination. The only one better is the chili hot chocolate. This one is going to be a regular order.

Love most of the flavors. Some that have powdered chocolate and tend to stick to the bottom of the pot-like the mint. But most are amazing. I love hot but not a fan of cold or iced. Not because they’re bad but because I love hot chocolate!
I am really like ginger, but these packets are way too strong. The ginger’s too strong, and you can’t taste any chocolate.
The nose is strong, earthy, and may put some off, but the taste is pure chocolate ginger spice. I do like to mix my chocolate with a shot of espresso, and this one needed a little sweet cream to hit the mark. Ginger lovers will enjoy. Strong pure ginger bite and flavor with the chocolate. Very much like a sweet pickled ginger.

I love the Velvetiser, the Ginger is not a bad selection, it’s just too much ginger spice for me. I love the taste of ginger, but since I got Covid my taste buds can’t handle the spicy like they used too.

I love my new Velvetizer! I have loved all of the flavors I have tried except Ginger, which surprises me because I love ginger. It is so hard for me to try to just have one per day. So far, I'll sometimes have 2-3. I just tried the vanilla white today and was blown away with how much I liked it. I have also really loved the classic 70%, besides the other yummy combos.
Marked down but plenty of time to enjoy before expiration. Very tasty!
So disappointed in the ginger hot chocolate. It’s undrinkable. This is coming from someone who regularly has chocolate covered ginger as a treat.

Delicious and comforting
The ginger really smacks you in the mouth and is not nearly as subtle as the other flavored chocolates that are offered - at least as compared to the the ones I have tried. (chili, black forest, mint, orange) Too much for me. And I do like a good ginger tea, but I could barely drink this one :(
Taste good
The taste is STRONG and REAL and I love it so much!! If you love ginger shots and the little burn it gives, you will really like this combo. I really appreciate the quality of this chocolate always. A lot of companies will shy away from bold flavors like this because it’s not to everyone’s liking but I’m so glad Hotel Chocolate doesn’t.

Dark Ginger flakes are quite good, but the ginger so strong I've found the best way to enjoy the flavor is mixing half a packet with half a packet of 70% dark. Otherwise it's overwhelming for my taste. Looking forward to other limited flavors.
