Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver within 3 days of despatch.
In summer months, we ship all chocolate packages with insulation & ice packs to ensure safe delivery. For some locations, this may mean a surcharge is necessary to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
It's important that your order is not left out in the heat, so we'll email you to let you know when it's out for delivery - please ensure that it is brought inside as soon as possible on delivery.

Well for starters my wife and I LOVE LOVE these Hot Chocolates!!! So this is my first taste of the Pumpkin and boy dose it just dance on my taste buds! This could be my favorite flavor next to the Orange Chocolate or Chocolate chit mint or the Vanilla Latte!!! LoL we just can't get enough of these! I just wish they were cheaper:( Brad. NJ, USA

The first time I had Hotel Chocolat hot chocolate was when I was in England visiting my daughter, she has a velvetiser. I was thrilled when they became available here in the US. Each of the flavors I received with the velvetiser were delicious and so when I saw the pumpkin spice, a very popular flavor here in the US, I had to try it. There is just enough spice in it to give you that warm cosy feeling especially after being outside raking leaves. Love it.
Every cup is perfectly balanced. The Velvetizer makes a smooth, creamy and delicious cup of hot chocolate EVERY time. It's one of the best purchases I have ever made.

It didn't really have much of a pumpkin flavor. I could see the actual spices but it lacked something, I'm just not sure what. I didn't really care for it.

The pumpkin chocolate does not stay blended. Souces seem to separate and fall to bottom of cup. Leaves a bitter taste.

Our hot chocolate flakes are carefully crafted to work optimally with the Velvetiser. Using other chocolate may not work properly and risks damaging the Velvetiser - for this reason it would invalidate your warranty.
Lots! It makes a perfect chocolate sauce to serve with ice cream, a creamy ganache to top a cake with. Use it for a matcha or for silky smooth milk for your latte.
