Standard shipping is free on orders over $60 and priority shipping options are available at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver within 3 days of despatch.

In summer months, we ship all chocolate packages with insulation & ice packs to ensure safe delivery. For some locations, this may mean a surcharge is necessary to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

It's important that your order is not left out in the heat, so we'll email you to let you know when it's out for delivery - please ensure that it is brought inside as soon as possible on delivery.

If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact our team with images of the damage on usahelp@hotelchocolat.com and we'll be happy to resolve.

My husband and I have a chocolate every evening after dinner. It all started with the advent calendar. We absolutely LOVE the fruit filled ones but they are all amazing! I do wish there was a box that didn’t have alcohol involved but does have a good variety of flavors. This is the perfect way to end the night with a 5 minute date with my husband. We make a game out of picking the flavor we eat by numbering the box lid or some other way of deciding, but we always eat the same flavor!

My wife and I bought some Hotel Chocolat truffles while in Brighton,UK and then ordered even more online before we left to go home to Maine. But all those were gone in 1-2 weeks. Since our last order of an Everything assortment we treat ourselves by cutting 3 chocolates in half for both of us every night after dinner. Otherwise I know I could easily devour all 58 chocolates in 2-3 nights!!
