Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.6 / 5 from 13 reviews.

The Everything Advent Calendar is a good choice to get a little of everything. A heads up nine of them are repeats. Two of them have alcohol in it. The flavors were good. Just wished the alcohol ones were not a repeat. I really liked when you opened up a window on the flap it had the name of the piece and symbols if it contain certain ingredents. On the back it showed a picture of all the pieces. It also had a guide showing you which each symbol meant. We really didn't look at the back until the 24 days were over. We didn't want to spoil what flavors we were getting. I am not sure if possible but it would be great if there weren't repeats. If you haven't tried this one you might want to for we were glad we did.

The Everything Advent Calendar

The Advent calendar did not make it for Advent so it kind of loses its purpose for being.

I was really concerned that chocolates with such varied components--caramels, mousses, creams, ganaches--would not taste fresh once December finally got here. But these are as good as anything I've ever had directly from a Hotel Chocolat store. I love the wide range of flavors, the size of each piece is good, and it's the best treat each day; I already can't wait to order mine for next year. I have a Hindu friend who insists I text her a picture of my chocolate each day, and she is now planning to order one for next year as well. A great advent calendar!

We didn't get to try it until the third (not Chocolat's fault), and my daughter just raved about it. She's already stated that this is the advent calendar for next year, as well. Customer service was kind, and promptly answered my question of a split shipment. No complaints!

As the gift hasn’t been given yet - wait for Dec 1! - difficult to say have it will be received but high hopes.
