With one half milk and one half caramel, this was made for the spotlight.

When we first started making Easter eggs, 20-plus years ago, experts told us to make them as thin as possible. We decided to break the rules – and the mold – opting instead for outrageously thick shells that are satisfyingly snappable.

This extra-thick egg is cast one half milk and one caramel-milk and stuffed with 10 mouthwatering milk chocolate truffles.
