This has been such a game changer for me! I love that I can make quality hot chocolate that is by far my favorite in the comfort of my own home within 2 mins! There is nothing else like it!

I have a literal WALL of boxes of drinking chocolate packets. The flavors are all great. Wish there was a way to create your own personalized "sampler" box (6 packets of this, 4 of that, and so on). Plus, I would love to see the same flavors shown on the UK website, offered on the US website.
I really enjoy this style of hot chocolate. It is not too hot and it is not too sweet.
I love my Velvitister! I use it as a special treat, on days that I am feeling the need for a luxurious, chocolate 'take-me-away' moment. It's so easy to use, and the quality is perfect, and it looks beautiful on my countertop.

Some of the chocolate doesn’t melt completely otherwise flavors age delicious. The lattes are my least favorite.

I have to admit the first sip was not what I was expecting. It had a richer and slightly bitter aftertaste, but I kept reaching for it sip after sip. The mint has a darker chocolate base than other flavors, but it’s still my favorite! I got hooked after trying it at my sisters house and now it sits proudly on my counter next to the important coffee maker.

I have to admit I prefer the peppermint hot over the mint cold. The balance is perfect in the rich dark chocolate. Lovely in the evening to wind down: it's refreshing and relaxing at the same time.
I just find for that small cup of chocolate it's over priced.
I really like the dark chocolate, (70% or >). My drink now in the morning is the 85% dark chocolate instead of my morning coffee. Only wish is that you would be more open regarding the nutritional values, particulary if the cocoa is processed or not, any sugar levels, flavanols. Did a little, actually a lot before I did find out the 85% that I enjoy is minimally processed. Not sure what is meant by minimally, processed is processed. Seems the 100% is not, but, overall, a very good product.
The mint flavour overpowered the chocolate.
