Standard shipping is free on orders over $60 and priority shipping options are available at checkout.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information, this will typically be within 1 business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver within 3 days of despatch.
In summer months, we ship all chocolate packages with insulation & ice packs to ensure safe delivery. For some locations, this may mean a surcharge is necessary to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
It's important that your order is not left out in the heat, so we'll email you to let you know when it's out for delivery - please ensure that it is brought inside as soon as possible on delivery.

The Velvetiser makes one 8oz serving at a time. That might sound smaller than your latte order, but trust us - it's the perfect size.
Is the Velvetiser compatible with US power & outlets?
Yes!
Whilst we're a British company, we made these Velvetisers specifically for the US market. They're built to work with 110V power and are fitted with standard US outlets - no ugly converters required!
How many servings can the Velvetiser make?
The Velvetiser makes one 9oz serving at a time, so everyone can enjoy their favourite flavour.
Can I use other chocolate in the Velvetiser?
Our hot chocolate flakes are carefully crafted to work optimally with the Velvetiser. Using other chocolate may not work properly and risks damaging the Velvetiser - for this reason it would invalidate your warranty.
What else can I do with my Velvetiser?
Lots! It makes a perfect chocolate sauce to serve with ice cream, a creamy ganache to top a cake with. Use it for a matcha or for silky smooth milk for your latte.
What if something goes wrong?
Your Velvetiser is covered by a no quibbles 12 month parts & labor warranty. If something goes wrong, contact our support team and we'll get your back in hot chocolate in no time.
