Standard shipping is free on orders over $60 and priority shipping options are available at checkout.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information, this will typically be within 1 business day.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver within 3 days of despatch.

In summer months, we ship all chocolate packages with insulation & ice packs to ensure safe delivery. For some locations, this may mean a surcharge is necessary to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

It's important that your order is not left out in the heat, so we'll email you to let you know when it's out for delivery - please ensure that it is brought inside as soon as possible on delivery.

I think it is a neat bottle, but I wonder why it is 350 ml when you only put 220 ml of milk in the Velvetiser. It would be nice if there was a Velvetiser that made 350 ml.

Velvetiser Owners Club Travel Tumbler

Absolutely love the Hotel Chocolate Velvetiser. This little wonder makes amazing hot chocolate. The excellent chocolate flakes are outstanding and provide a very intense character chocolate flavor. I have been experimenting with the 50% chocolate flakes and adding some white chocolate flakes to create a little softer milk chocolate flavor. Excellent Hotel Velvetiser and superb quality chocolate flakes! Fantastic! Cynthia
