Engineered to work in harmony with our hot and new cold drinking chocolate recipes, the Velvetiser’s thermodynamic programming has two settings: one for hot chocolate, one for cold. Its hot chocolate setting melds real chocolate flakes at 155-157 degrees farenheit, the optimum melting point for chocolate. Its cold chocolate setting is uniquely calibrated to pulse at the beginning, gently melding finely milled real chocolate with pre-chilled milk.
